“We chose this hotel last minute after missing our flight. One more night in St Thomas vs returning to snow? Ok!!!
The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer.
Our stay was quiet and pleasant.

“I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. ”

“The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!!
The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. ”

“Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. “Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...

“Sheets had some yellow stains; we could not use the A/C during the night because it was too noisy. Breakfast is not sufficient and the area dedicated to it is too small, there is place for about 4/5 people, so you are obliged to have breakfast in your room, which is also very small. Generally speaking, for the price we paid we expected something more, the hotel lacks of common spaces, there is no reception or hall, so if the weather is not good you have to stay in your small room.”

“Air conditioning kept the room cool
Our room was clean and comfortable.
And we had a great meal at the restaurant on site.
They did not offer any items that you may need for sale water as such.
We would stay again. Hotels pretty neat being so old. Staff was exceptional”
