Chalet a Sears Island

“We arrived on a cold evening in mid-October and the cottage interior was the same temperature as the exterior. The heating was broken and we were given a little space heater instead. There was also not an oven or stove (as advertised), instead a two-burner hot plate was set up on top of the inoperable appliance. Good thing I had decided to bring a pre-cooked meal, which had not been my original plan. I don’t think I am being too harsh in thinking that if you don’t have heating/oven/stovetop,...

“Very minimal breakfast. The muffins were good. There are many steps to get to rooms... in car you can't carry luggage up steps. We were able to. My husband is strong.”

“It was a wonderful experience for my kids and the whole family including our dog. The only recommendation would be to have a more comfortable mattress. Everything else was just perfect.”

“Camere grandi con 2 letti queen. Moquette macchiata veramente poco igienica.

“Ottima postazione, location pulita e confortevole, service migliorabile”

“Perfect position, great kindness and hospitality”

“This was my favorite place to stay. Like having a little home of our own in Maine. Close to all the places we wanted to see.”
