Hotel vicino a Seatack Community - Virginia Beach

“Parking was so small. I gave it a poor stay because we didn't get any sleep with the loud music and screaming people. We called more than 3 times about the noise and nothing was ever done. We didn't even get to use the pool as planned because they said it was being cleaned.”

“Staff was really good. Pool was a plus with the kids when it was too cold to be outside on the beach.”

“Room was not bad, the refrigerator wasn’t working all my food went in the garbage but was refunded. The microwave was rusty when I asked the maintenance guy. He said we always get complaints about it, but they never fixed the issue. The staff was nice. I had a nice beach view balcony. Def will not go back especially with kids. Neighborhood not safe. ”

“Me gustó, todo muy bonito. Pero en cuanto a la limpieza, había mucho polvo acumulado en baseboards, esquinas y sobre la lámpara de la barra y En el baño. Nos quedamos 4 noches y no limpiaron ningún día, (cosa que me hubiera gustado que lo hicieran) Tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas. Pero en fin, la ubicación frente a la playa estuvo genial. ”

“Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Shops were nearby. Food was also within walking distance. Breakfast was available. It was marathon weekend so get out early or you are stuck! ”

“We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time ”

“The bed are hard as rock!! The WiFi don’t work in the rooms only in the lobby!! The breakfast was HORRIBLE and there was a line!!! I never been to a hotel where they had security guard guide the door like we were at the club! It was insane just for coffee juice and bagels!! To pool and jacuzzi was no clean enough. The rooms wasn’t all that great. Very low budget ”
