“The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.”

“While the location is nice the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Even dropping off luggage is a challenge as it’s right at a very crowded tiny car park. Sadly Expedia sold us the Penthouse room (photos were of it) at a 50 pound discount yet when we got there we got a room with a small window mostly iverlooking the roof and kitchen smoke stack and just a tiny bit of the water. “Lovely comfortable stay. Charming and vibrant village pub with good selection of beers and a good meal. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was it was quite hot at night time and the window didnt open much. A fan was provided in the room so Im guessing this is a regular thing. Would definitely recommend though.”
