“Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.”

“Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music.
