“I recently stayed at the Fairmont and it completely lived up to it's reputation. The Senayan area is perfectly located for shopping and dining. I played golf at the course near by and it was a short walk to the course. Great hotel I will be back for sure. ”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

The library in particular is stunning, and I found myself spending time there just to take it in. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and amenities like the pool area felt properly staffed rather than “hands-off.” The rooftop pool and hot tub...
