Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni, una bella struttura ottimo la cura del giardino, lascia a desiderare la pulizia ma negli standard del posto. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene.

Relax di pregio
Camera bella e confortevole immersa in un meraviglioso giardino. Accesso privilegiato ad una spiaggia da sogno, buoni ristoranti (anche se un po' cari), ottimo servizio. Bella la piscina con asciugamani a disposizione.

La struttura è nel complesso immersa nel verde quello che dovrebbe essere rifatto dall arredo datato anni 8o e rifiniture,siamo rimasti rinchiusi nel balcone perché la porta non si riapriva dall esterno e la soluzione data dalla direzione di non chiudere la porta del balcone.La località dove si trova l hotel non ha niente nei dintorni quindi o di prende il taxi o scooter x raggiungere Senggigi.Sicuramente adatto a famiglie con bambini.Colazione internazionale a buffet.

OK piscina, giardini e ristoranti; personale molto gentile e disponibile; scarso il wi-fi ma soprattutto la stanza è sporca in quanto viene pulita in modo molto approssimativo (guardate sotto al letto o dietro agli armadi o sugli scaffali alti); fastidioso il canto religioso alle 4:45!!!

Il mio soggiorno e` stato secondo le aspettative. Nel periodo del mio soggiorno ha piovuto tutta la settimana e in camera era molto umido.

cordialità e bellezza
Buona la posizione al mare anche se non c'è spiaggia attrezzata x via delle maree. il ristorante offre buona qualità di scelta ma a prezzi non convenienti. poco più avanti c'è un localino del posto "sasak" con piatti locali e tanta cordialità. da premiare i giardinieri che costantemente tengon in ordine il parco. una menzione speciale al bagno "con piante vere".

This resort was incredible, the staff were just fantastic and we could not get the kids out of the pool. Dinning options were great and it had other options close by if you don't mind walking down the road a bit. My family just loved it here along with Lombok!

Enjoyable stay
Beautiful hotel/resort, excellent full breakfast included with our stay from SE Asian to Western choices. Staff are warm and super friendly. We had a garden view room with a peek as of the ocean view with the sound of the waves crashing on shore. Choice of pools to suit your fancy. Couple of local 'warungs' on the beach and across the street for a taste of local and cheaper prices

One hour drive from airport. Stay beach bungalow as it has amazing sunset view. Staffs very friendly. Breakfast spread acceptable. Lack of lights as the room is so dim I hardly can find stuff from my luggage. One thing I did not appreciate that this resort organized family event from corporate company just right infront of guests bungalows. There were dancing, games etc. Its just like carnival. The music from speakers are so loud all through the night disturbing hotel guests who needs to relax after came back from day activities. One of the staffs said its a regular thing this resort hosting other companies too especially during weekends.

I had a fantastic experience at the holiday resort in Lombok. The beach bungalow with a private pool exceeded expectations, offering breathtaking views that surpassed its 4-star rating. The staff, especially Syifa, were incredibly accommodating; they went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter's birthday on short notice, decorating the room and providing a complimentary cake. It's worth noting that encountering ants and lizards in most rooms seemed normal for the area. While the food met expectations for a 4-star hotel, the standout feature was the serene ambiance of the resort. Despite the wavy beach making it less suitable for kids. Leaving the holiday resort in Lombok is bittersweet; I'll undoubtedly miss the unparalleled views, exceptional service, and the overall tranquil ambiance. The thoughtfulness of the staff, especially Syifa, and the memorable birthday celebration for my daughter have left a lasting impression. I'm already looking forward to returning and reliving this extraordinary experience again and again.

Superbe complexe parfaitement intégré à la nature, savamment dirigé par une équipe professionnelle et extrêmement accueillante; Nous avons tout apprécié: les chambres vue mer et jardin, la piscine -immense-, l'espace restaurant et pour notre dernier jour, la chambre front de mer, face à la deuxième piscine plus intimiste, avec sa salle de bain extérieure: superbe! un grand merci à tous et félicitation à l'équipe de jardiniers

Big resort complex with lush gardens, multiple swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Rooms were clean, comfy and of a good size with balcony, but doors and finishes a bit worn and tatty and in no way sound proof. Good selection for breakfast, but limited vegetarian choice on the dinner menu. Food and drink is pricey. Not a lot to see or do in the immediate area so you have to book transport /tours to go anywhere. Staff were pokite and helpful. The only downside was there was a party on the last night with an out of tune band playing at full blast which made the windows in our room rattle. After a couple of complaints the volume was turned down. Beach is clean and generally sandy, good for surfing when theres a breeze. 100m down the beach is a local bar called 'Nuf Said which sells cold beer and other drinks as well as fantastic local food and great prices -highly recommended. Overall good hotel but i was glad it was low season, i think that when its high season this would be a different story.

Worst experience in Lombok and Indonesia!
It’s the worst hotel experience we had in Lombok and in Indonesia and not the cheapest though. A lot of positive comments seem fake. The rooms are not comfortable and not clean at all, everything is rusty in the bathroom, bad smell, all furnitures are very old, with a lot of insects, ants and worms in the wooden furnitures, bed sheets and pilllow covers with a lot of stain, same for the bath towels (looked very old). Besides the doors are not isolated with a lot of space from where lizards and gecko kept on coming in during the night and making noises. We had room 547, there was even a rat coming from a hole in the closet and when we tried to close it with a towel, it started making so much noise, we were not able to sleep the first night, we changed the rooms twice the second night but the same problems (room 306 and 539) a lot of holes in the ceiling, closets, trapdoors, balcony door... The air conditioning not working perfectly. The kettle very dirty and not working. The only good thing about the hotel is the outdoor area the proximity with the beach (not private with a lot of locals and far from the center), the pool not very clean, but the furnitures are good especially at Cabana. The food is not good at all and expensive to compared to other resorts or restaurants nearby, the breakfast was ok but not that good, and the egg stand is not good, the lady not really experienced (We had omelets with a lot of egg shell)! Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale (2 chambres) et celle-ci était vétuste. Une rénovation s’impose dans ces chambres, voire également dans le reste de l’hôtel. Il manquait par exemple des carreaux dans la piscine. A noter aussi que la plage est plutôt dangereuse pour des enfants à cause des rochers. Néanmoins, le prix de l’hôtel est très compétitif pour la prestation proposée. En outre, le personnel est très sympathique et les jardins magnifiques.

Utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Lækker stor lejlighed. Vi boede på den anden side af vejen, hvor der var lidt mere stille og roligt, og det var ikke et problem st vi skulle krydse vejen, når vi skulle til poolen eller spise. Lækre poolområder. Morgenmaden var god, og der var et bredt udvalg. Kan kun anbefale et ophold her, og sammenlignet med 5 stjernede hoteller hernede, kunne det sagtens få en stjerne mere, så det kom op i samme kategori. I hvert fald ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ herfra

Overall a very pleasant experience, clean and lovely resort with direct access to a beautiful beach as well as several nice pools. Breakfast buffet was nice too, just missing some vegan options.

I liked the hotel, it was great for a small family. They have a range of pool depths and places for kids. The overall cleanliness was great around the hotel grounds, however the kids play room was old and dated and not so clean. There was also some sort of rodent in the bathroom ceiling. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh crêpes, pancakes, tempura and eggs on demand. Room decor is aging but still good. Service at the hotel by staff were friendly and helpful. However service at the Gecko restaurant at the hotel was not good.

El resort en general anda bien, sin dudas se destaca lo servicial que es la gente y su amabilidad. Sin embargo, las habitaciones eran más viejas, los baños con mucha humedad, incluso creo que habían termitas. La cama estaba bien, no es súper cómoda pero salva. Fuimos con mi familia y al principio el alojamiento quedaba cruzando la calle algo que no me había percatado en el momento de hacer la reserva, tenía telas de araña, arañas en la cocina, incluso una cucaracha muerta. Por eso pedí el upgrade de habitación porque realmente daba la sensación de suciedad en la habitación. En la última habitación, estuvo mucho mejor, vistas al jardín/piscina y el desayuno era muy bueno, pero dudo que vuelva a ese lugar con mi familia.

Well appointed and good facilities. Great that there are family rooms with 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area BUT the family rooms are across the road so its a walk from those rooms to pool/beach area. Although well appointed, staff need coaching in service. Empty bottles/glasses at pool and staff present but not taking initiative to tidy up. Very well priced, especially for the facilities but could do better in service.
