scenografico ed elegante
il resort é un gioiello elegante e raffinato. le camere spaziose con delizioso bagno aperto. il personale è cordiale e disponibile,ti coccola anche offrendoti un drink a bordo piscina, non elevato il livello dell inglese. il servizio di housekeeping non è perfetto (abbiamo dovuto chiedere bagnoschiuma e carta igienica ) difetti: spiaggia ventosa piccola e poco comoda, mare con fondale pietroso e basso poco accessibile in bassa marea, inoltre (periodo di ramadan) il muezzin della vicina moschea chiamava alla preghiera ad altissima voce notte e giorno

Super hôtel les maisons sont spacieuses, confortable et bien équipées. Personnel très gentil à l'écoute et toujours souriant. Piscine très grande. Super petit déjeuner. Emplacement un peu excentré du centre.

Der Aufenthalt war einzigartig und spitzenmäßig. Neben der schönen Anlage und den großzügigen Zimmern waren es der Besitzer und das Personal, die vor allem dafür gesorgt haben, dass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Es wurde den Gästen jeder Wunsch erfüllt, sich um das Wohlbefinden gekümmert und Ausflüge, Roller oder Transfers organisiert. Das Abendessen war einfach köstlich und wir haben einige Stammgäste kennengelernt - was für das Chandi spricht! Gerne wieder! Vielen dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

The Chandi is a wonderful getaway. The resort is spacious and immaculate. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the guys in the restaurant were awesome, they made each mealtime so enjoyable. The food is great, the best breakfasts ever. In fact the food was so good we asked to see the chef to shake his hand. So many thoughtful touches have gone into the resort, it was a joy to be at from start to finish.

Our stay at Chandi Resort was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for a better place. Wonderful, responsive staff, clean, peaceful and lovely overall. We will for sure be returning and will recommend Chandi to all of our friends and family.

Excellent service and location, but needs refresh
The good: - Excellent service and staff, 5 stars - Beautiful grounds well maintained - Location, design, layout - Breakfast options The bad: - Bedding and towels brownish/grayish, not pleasing - Various broken things (bathroom lights out, shades, etc) - Aging condition of property Overall, this could be an excellent property, but only if major renovations are carried out. I really wish I could have experienced this place 10 years ago, it probably would have been amazing. Overall, there are some good aspects, but overall the experience could be much improved by the owners investing in a refresh (bare minimum offer the guests clean white linens and towels at this price point). If I knew renovations were complete, I wouldn't hesitate to come back, but I'll probably wait until the refresh happens.

I loved this small hotel on the beach with a fabulous pool. The staff in the restaurant was excellent. The food was good too. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star is the air conditioning barely worked and 2 nights it broke in middle of the night so we were sweltering. Fix that and this place is 5 star

The beach is right there, and you can enjoy the sound of the waves while eating your meal. The staff are all friendly and make every effort to accommodate your needs. The stay would have been even better if the spa had been better equipped.

Secluded Villas Relaxing and Delightful
My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The resort only has 15 private villas so it's nice and secluded. The staff provided excellent service but let us enjoy ourselves without being overbearing. With the exception of the pizza, all the food we ate at the restaurant was really tasty and flavorful. The breakfast was delicious as well. We really liked the ala carte option as opposed to a buffet-style that many hotels offer. The pool was nice too because, while it's not 25 meters, it's long enough to do laps on and get in a good workout. The outdoor bathroom was really neat and the beds were comfortable. A couple times, we had a problem connecting to the wi-fi but in general, it worked just fine, though you won't be streaming any movies. All in all, we would book this resort again. It was quiet, relaxing, lovely rooms, right on the beach, nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs, with an attentive, but not too attentive staff, Thank you for a wonderful stay!

とにかく静か。ホテルの目の前が海でひらけており、 ホテルの観光客か現地の人しかいないので、 ゆったりのんびりした時間が過ごせる。 1人での滞在だったが、ホテルのスタッフが非常に親切で、 毎日名前を呼んで挨拶してくれる。 ホテルのレストランがオーシャンビューで、 海を感じながら朝食夕食を楽しめる。食事も美味しい。 欧米人が多く、一日中ホテルのビーチで過ごしている人が多い。 ただ、シャワー室やトイレが外なので、多少の虫が出る。 アジアだし、と割り切れる人であればかなりおすすめ。

This Hotel is a rippa - we have loved every minute of our stay. It is quiet, the location is brilliant. The staff are so happy and friendly. The food is amazing. The bed is comfortable and huge, the wifi is great, the water is hot and the air con is quiet and cold. Dont have a bad word to say about this boutique resort - would stay here again absolutely :)

Nice Hotel in a not so nice area
The location of the hotel wasn't brilliant. After having stayed at around the Kuta area 3 years ago, this area is in the older part of town and cleanliness surrounding the hotel wasn't great. However, if your idea of a holiday is only to remain in the hotel this would be a great place to stay. It has a nice setting and the view of the sunset is excellent, even the locals come to the area to view the sunset during the weekends.

Recommended if you are looking for something quiet
Personally I loved my stay. The resort is quiet and rather small. Hence it doesn't feel so busy. The service was fantastic. The breakfast Incredibly good. Only downside I could think of is the beach. The sand isn't the dreamy white carribeans like sand as in the south of lombok and you can't really go into the ocean directly infront of the resort because of the stones. But already 100meters to the left there are no stones anymore. To the south of lombok such as kuta it is quite a drive. Took us 1.5 hours one way.

Lugnt och avkopplande hotell för par och äldre
Mysigt lugnt hotell med fantastiska rum, omgivning och service. All personal lärde sig våran namn utantill och hälsade alltid på oss när de såg oss. Man känner sig verkligen sedd och välkommen. Läget på hotellet är helt fantastiskt då det ligger på deras egna privata strand. Maten var väldigt god och restaurangens läge låg precis vid havet så vid varje frukost hade vi härlig havsutsikt. Det enda negativa vi kan komma på var att varmvattnet snabbbt tog slut och att poolen var lite grumlig, men förrutom det så är det här ett toppenhotell! Passar perfekt för pas och äldre som vill ha det lugnt på semestern, dock inget hotell för barnfamiljer.

Une prestation de haut niveau
4 nuits en villa vue mer dans cet hôtel sélect... un vrai paradis... Le logement correspond à une prestation haut de gamme, la douche extérieure rajoutant le petit côté exotique. Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique et verdoyant avec ses palmiers de toute beauté autour d’une piscine à débordement... La vue sur la mer et l’accès direct à la plage est juste au top. L’orienta Est parfaite pour les couchers de soleil... Pour les amateurs de bains de mer, prévoyez des chaussures à causes des fonds caillouteux... Les prestations de l’hôtel, son restaurant, son spa sont également d’un bon niveau... et l’accueil et le service de très bonne qualité. L’hôtel reste isolé et la station de Senguigui peu intéressante en soi... Prévoyez de rayonner avec un taxi sur l’Île, il y a vraiment de quoi faire... en particulier le marché central de Mataram qui est vraiment dans son jus et qui permet de découvrir la vie quotidienne des locaux. Si vous êtes amateurs de snorkeling et de plongée, les spots des îles Gili à proximité s’offrent à vous... Un conseil, le détour vaut plus que le coup. Nous avons bénéficié d’une réduction conséquente qui ne nous a pas fait trop hésiter...

Breakfast, lunch and dinner, both service and quality, were great. Spacious, clean rooms. Beach was clean. Always a local or 2 selling their products, they're very friendly and always up for a chat. Location was good, a short and very cheap taxi ride into Sengiggi.

Die gesamte Anlage, sowie Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, sauber und schön hergerichtet. Die Außenanlage mit viel Grün und dem schönen Pool sind ein Traum und laden zum Entspannen ein.

Relax and Rewind at the Chandi
My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Chandi resort. The grounds are very well kept and we enjoying both the pool and the ocean. The staff were very kind and considerate. Overall we recommend this resort to anyone looking for a very relaxing and laid back vibe.

Everything was satisfactory, from the location and architecture of the site, to the calm and cool atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and sensible. And the food was amazing. Loved the hammocks and the open-air bathroom.

Fantastic place to relax and unwind. Worth coming to Lombok just to stay here. Easy to get to Gili Islands for a day trip and the staff were absolutely terrific. One of the most memorable places we have stayed anywhere in the world
