Delusione.”

“Well located property, but only got 1 towel in our bathroom, plus breakfast was only cereal and pastries -- so a bit of a disappointed for what we paid for the room.”

“Proper super clean and really well put together for a Hyatt Inn. Don’t tell me is just a couple years old, but the rooms are great. Breakfast is good. Fitness center was very small and limited. Fitness center is one reason why i might choose not to stay there. Room and room service was top notch.”

“Loved the free airport shuttle Clean functional basic I wish they had a few more amenities in the bathroom, but that’s the way most hotels work these days.”

“Very good breakfast Room carpet was stained Room lounge chair had broken leg and was unusable”

“Brooklyn was very sweet and helpful. Disappointed that I didn’t see the notice that a shuttle to the airport had to be booked 48 hours in advance. It wasn’t stated on the third party website I used.”

“It was ok - not the best neighborhood around. Front desk staff rarely around.”

“Tutto ok grazie”
