“Rooms were nice and clean. Everything was great! Only complaint was that the bartender was not very responsive to everyone at the bar/food area. It took forever just to get him to look at us to order an appetizer and drink. ”

“Great property. Staff was solid for check-in. Rooms very nice. One elevator was inop but the other one worked in a timely fashion. Bathroom was partially updated but tub and tile a bit dated. Minor complaints. Overall excellent location, hotel and staff. Would definitely book again!”

“Felt very new/was very clean. Only needed it as a stop over. Walls are a bit thin (as are all the newer or renovated hotels these days. Breakfast was typical but appreciated. Checked in after 10 pm and front desk was very friendly. ”

“Breakfast was different than advertised and was not good. Staff said due to low staff the restaurant was not open. Room smelled like mildew, visible signs of water damage.”

“The room was not clean, grout in bathroom was dirty, the floor felt dirty and wet. There were bugs in the room. They had leaks on the floor in the halls and the elevator was OOO. The staff was just average, and the breakfast menu was sub par, along with this it also felt unclean. I would not stay here again.”

“Very poor condition of the room the hot tub and pool were cold the floor had a sink hole in it by the air conditioner in room on 3rd floor electrical problems the lights went off and on all different times had to unplug lamps and tv before sleeping while watching the tv it would shut off and come back on randomly. Had plenty of soap and wash cloths and towels very disappointed in quality of this place for the price to stay there for 1 night.”

“My granddaughter and I loved our stay. We love the sitting room so we could just relax prior to going to bed. Great place for a vacation close to the mall and other attractions for kids. I would recommend to my friends and family.”

“Our stay was disrupted by several issues. The television did not work for the first two days despite multiple service visits. The bathtub had visible cracks, and the hot water was inconsistent; the shower was lukewarm while the sink was much hotter, as confirmed by maintenance. Additionally, the room had a strong odor traced to a refrigerator with mold and buildup. Maintenance was unavailable, so I cleaned it myself, which took about 30 minutes. The smell was overwhelming for me and concerning...
