“12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. It's usually not when I stay here, which is disappointing if you get a room here because they do advertise having a pool. I paid just a few dollars more and got a room with a big jetted bathtub, which was really nice. That also guaranteed a room on the first floor. A second floor room here can be a pain if you have bigger luggage because there's no elevator. The staff is always friendly here. They have a decent...
