“This hotel was the nastiest place I ever saw. I cannot believe you even let it be on your website. That was absolutely gross. I booked three nights. I stayed one night. I could not stay there more than one night and the night. I did stay there I could not sleep. It was so nasty. I really do think you should give me my money back. one star is more than they deserve. They deserve -5 star.”

“The property is quite dirty and deteriorated. When we arrived the receptionist had an argument with another guest because of a leakage in the bathroom. In the morning wifi was very unstable and barely working”

“there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

“Staff was friendly. Parking was adequate. We were there for the Indy 500, so -- of course -- we paid an outrageous price for the room. Although a coffeemaker was advertised, it was not provided. TV was tricky to turn on and off. There were no lamps -- just harsh overhead lighting. Best thing: plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure.”

“Room bed covers with blood, upon requesting refund. Manager stated I was in the room for 30 mins. That does not justify the beds were covered in blood stain in the room, being a non-smoking smell like smoking to the carpet and to the ceiling.. The worst experience I’ve ever had.”
