“Sue, our hostess was very welcoming and helpful. She has great knowledge of the surrounding area as we wanted to go walking and even emailed with an extra details. The guest to guest book was good giving information on successful trips by them. The bird seed was a lovely addition and we enjoyed seeing the local ones devour the food we had put out.”

“Perfectly presented place for short stay whilst attending family wedding nearby. Super comfy bed and all the necessary appliances for our stay or for a longer stay too. Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. Wish we could have been able to stay longer and explore more of this area as there were plenty of places to explore.”

“We had a lovely time exploring the Cotswolds and beyond with our kids. The house was just perfect for our needs, and we also managed to enjoy family dinners after long days. John is a marvellous host. We'd be back at anytime! Highly recommended!”

“Staying at this precious cottage in Bath felt like a dream come true. The rooms are just as lovely as they look in the photos. The exterior of the whole cottage is stunning. It is also situated in the most perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the bus stop to get into Bath city center. It’s also a quick walk to stop in to stores to grab little essentials like water or snacks or even a drink at a pub. Be sure to stop by Prior Park Landscape Gardens while you’re there! “The cottage was perfect for our needs and Vicki was a great host. We have a bit of a nervous doggy but Vicki kept her dogs out of the fenced area while we were there so there were no issues there. Loads of beautiful walks in the area, perfect for the doggo! The cottage has a great little kitchen with everything you need and the bedroom and bathroom are excellent.”

“The place was great and very clean and nicely decorated and organized. Our only issue was the washer and dryer, no instructions and hard to get clothes clean. ”
