“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Our room was lovely and clean and the staff were fantastic. We did have a noise complaint when we arrived around 11pm, as our daughter was rolling around in the footstools after very long flights and travel from NZ. The staff member who came to give the complaint was fairly rude and did not accept any explanation. When I tried to explain they didn't listen, insulted me and left.
