Hotel a Sentiero del Grand Canyon

“Beautiful heritage building, lovely friendly staff & excellent onsite restaurant. The room was beautiful & the new bathroom was excellent too. The warm room on arrival, beautiful bedding & styling was lovely & I will definitely stay again. ”

“We stayed in the cottage. It is a great spot to be away from other guests so was nice and quiet however the cottage itself is starting to show its age a little with some unrepaired damage to walls, etc. None of that bothered us, however I know some people can be very particular about these things. The biggest complaint especially for us getting to the room after dark is the lack of lighting down the path and to the front door. It really is an accident waiting to happen and could easily be fixed...

“This is the perfect place to unwind in style and enjoy a bit of luxury on a budget. We loved the hot tub, gorgeous gardens, tennis court, and having fine dining on site was an unexpected bonus. Truly, you have to eat at the restaurant, it is next level. The staff are super friendly and even let my husband into our room hours before check in so he could work while he waited for me to arrive. We will be back!”

“The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was also excellent. We did have trouble with working the air conditioner, but staff came to fix it. We were disappointed that we didn’t have Netflix, as we did in the previous hotel we stayed in, but overall we enjoyed our stay, with the bonus spirit that took a liking to my bed!”

“Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. ”

“Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel.”

“It is a nice cozy house with lovely heritage interior and furnitures. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The house and room are clean and it's walking distance to town center. Definitely a nice stay overall. The only thing that could be better is the shower, the pressure was a bit low and hard to adjust the temperature.”

“Lovely property reasonably priced. I really liked the block out noice and light curtains so could get a good sleep.”
