Vacanze Sentiero del Grand Canyon

Ho trascorso tre notti in questo hotel molto bello. Sofitel è sempre una garanzia di eleganza e rispetto del cliente. Ho chiesto di cambiare la camera perché la prima sera ero in un punto dell’edificio in cui si sente il rumore notturno di un bar/disco. Il manager è stato gentilissimo e ha provveduto a spostarmi il giorno dopo dandomi una camera migliore. La colazione eccellente e la posizione pure!! Ottima scelta

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were reasonably helpful and pleasant, although I found them somewhat inflexible when it came to accommodating requests. There were a few disappointing aspects of the stay. The minibar was completely empty, which was unexpected, and the property was undergoing construction during my visit, which detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice selection of food, although I was surprised that poached eggs weren’t available. Given the price of breakfast, I would have expected a little more flexibility with something so simple. Overall, the location is definitely the hotel’s strongest selling point, but I felt some of the finer details and level of service could be improved to better reflect the price of the stay.
