“Great for an unplugged break in a beautiful tranquil location. Accommodation is cabin style with breakfast provided in the main house. Cabins are well appointed and clean. We loved the spa bath with valley views. Due to the location connectivity is limited to the basics. Overall we found this a nice stay in a great hinterland location 5 minutes from Maleny.”

“First up, the hotel is in a mobile signal black hole, Add to that, their wifi signals are weak and keeps dropping in and out (a known issue as acknowledged by management). There is only free to air TV channels as well. So, if you're fine with a total internet and phone black out during your stay, then this place is fine. “Gap under the door makes a blowing draught. Again rust on door frame. Changed the towels, which I actually asked for them not to do,but couldn't restock the coffee and milk. Breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable choice. Coffee from the pump urn tasted like yesterdays used grounds every day I was there, wasn't a pleasant experience, especially as coffee is a definite need first thing in the morning. “The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room.”
