I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. “Originally rented a jacuzzi King bed rm (online thru Expedia) This particular rm showed availability w/jacuzzi but rooms that had them were rented. We specifically chose to pay the higher amount so I was greatly disappointed. The 3rd party issue was sort of explained. But then the room reeked of cigarettes to which I must be allergic to bc it immediately triggers a headache. Mr. Jeff was very accommodating & profusely gave his apologies & upgraded us. “The room was nice and spacious, however the refrigerator was not getting cold. We ended up having to change rooms because of this. We called the front desk to get a blow dryer and the staff reported they would check and call us back and never did. It was also disappointing that there was no breakfast.”

“Everything was pretty much what we expect. We did report the bathroom light flickered like it was ready to burn out or the bias was going bad. Hopefully they took care of it. We pretty much kept the light off because it was annoying. It did take awhile for it to start flickering.”
