“Very dirty bad smell throught hotel.Mold in places bed was clean which was a plus but not worth 200 for 2 nights at all.Please hire people who know how to deep clean!!”

“This is a very nice old historic inn. It has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, and a bar inside, as well as a shady garden with places to sit outside as you enjoy a drink or food. Nice big porch out front with chairs on it too. Our room had another sitting room in it that was nice to have. Not sure if they all do. “Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!”

“If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!”

“The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...

Sign said no dogs but the room right below me had one barking all night. I had to depart early but no one is in the office until 10. Expedia had this place rated at 7.4. Expedia needs to do a better job vetting their listings. Price was 73 dollars a night.”
