“Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr schön designt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Allerdings lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam. Lieber steht das Personal im Grüppchen zusammen, um sich privat zu unterhalten. Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind die Rezeption und Guest Relations. “Eine sehr gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit grossem Angebot an Sport, Animation, Unterhaltung und Gastronomie. Besonders toll ist die Atmosphäre unter den Gästen und die höflichen Mitarbeiter des Hotels. “Die Reinigungskräfte und einzelne Servicemitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Das Personal am Empfang leider überhaupt nicht. Wir mussten für eine Nacht (geplant warem vom Hotel 3 Nächte) in ein anderes Hotel-angeblich wegen Überbuchung?! Für uns war das nicht akzeptabel. Nach einer Nacht sind wir zurück ins Innvista gekehrt und haben uns darüber beschwert. Auf einmal gab es genügend Platz. Das Hotel wirkte absolut nicht überfüllt. Our checkout time was 12pm, and as our driver was not picking us up until 1pm, the hotel kindly allowed my family and other guests who checked out that day to stay and enjoy lunch, which we really appreciated. Zu allem Überfluss waren meine vor die Tür gestellten Schuhe (im Schuhschrank) plötzlich weg. Es war auch keiner bemüht sich drum zu kümmern. ”
