“Power sockets were not working, AC had a mind of its own, front desk were not helpful, finally after a couple of complaints to them we got shifted into another room. This room not clean and fridge didn’t work…definitely not saying in this hotel again.”

“Had a terrible experience on my first night. My wife and I was in our room around 10:30pm when 2 ladies opened the room door with the keycard. They gave them the same room number that has been booked and lodged. How else do I define how safe that was?”

“Nice central location to WEM, Costco, Walmart, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Bonus was the Slushie machine during the day. Breakfast was great with nice varied selection. Overall above average for the $. Will be revisiting when return to Edmonton.”

“Eveything was great. I don’t really post reviews but I was weirded out by the hotel policy of how they are not able to sell something out from the pantry late at night and is closed. When I asked if there was any vending machines I was told there’s none, however I ended up in 5th floor and found one, however it was not working. The hotel is very big I think there should be a lot of vending machines. And another note, just a suggestion that the creamers in the room should be kept inside the...
