“The room and all amenities were comfortable and clean All Staff were courteous and helpful Breakfast was a full buffet. Food was well presented and had a variety of offerings. Location of hotel felt safe, close to various workplaces and the conveniences of downtown. My only critique were the dinner items I chose. 1. Fish and chips. While delicious, the 1 serving of fish was small and overwhelmed by the serving of french fries. I found it overpriced for its serving size. 2. The creme brulet...

“Sheets were dirty and was difficult to explain to front staff we had to take them to the room and show them the hair crusted onto the sheets to get new bedding when we first arrived. The carpet in the room was wet for a while from them cleaning as well and had to wear shoes in the room until it dried. The lounge in the hotel had sow service and repeatedly got our orders wrong. The pool is open 24 hours which was awesome.”
