“The property was very nice and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.”

“The hotel itself was great; the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, was pleasantly surprised the floors were not carpeted. My only issue with the property is the lack of honesty with the housekeeping staff. I forgot a portable makeup mirror attached to the bathroom mirror; I did call the hotel to ask them to ship it to me even if it was paid for by myself. According to the head of housekeeping, the mirror was not found; in my opinion, whoever was tasked with cleaning the room took the mirror...

“I would not stay here again. Dirty shower and broken shower, no vending machines as advertised, wifi issues, etc.”

“Hot tub jets not working. Should be listed online if not working! air conditioning worked but out dated and loud. Windows opened thank goodness. Carpet smell was horrible! Mattresses stained. ☹️. Would not return.”

“Staff was very helpful. Room was generally clean. Breakfast was okay. A small wet spot in front of the fridge and a bit of a smell were the only problem.”

“Decent option for a cheap stay on Whyte Ave. Nothing fancy but did the trick.”

“Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!”

“I liked the location and large size of this place. However, I was disappointed for my adult child to find black underwear in the main washroom, behind the door. The counter tops in the kitchen had food stains, the fridge has fingerprint smears and the stove top had grease splatter that was poorly wiped. Nevertheless, the front desk quickly removed the underwear, I was disappointed that it was not as thoroughly cleaned as our first stay. Sadly, we all agreed not to stay there again.”
