“The bartender wasn’t aware of a reservation (which I booked 36 hrs prior on Expedia) and gave me the last room left #5, right beside the stairs. I signed in gave my credit card for a $200 deposit and headed to my family dinner. I got up to the room around 11:30pm, the bar is closed, no staff on-site. Bathroom only has hand towels, beds were made, tv doesn’t work, there’s garbage in the can and the bathroom was not cleaned. Closer inspection there’s dried urine down both sides of the toilet and...

“The property has been renovated and is nice . The lobby is welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is worth the up charge because the hotel is quite isolated and if it offered a good selection of freshly prepared food . Most of the staff we interacted with were pleasant . The housekeeping service in our room was unacceptable. I cant recommend this Hilton based on our experience. ”

“The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins. ”
