“Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean”

I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

“Attended a weekend conference for model railroad enthusiasts at this hotel. First off they laughed when I said "Where is the lake?" There is no lake to view at this Lakeview Hotel, there is a wee bit of a slough a few blocks away. This hotel is adequate, I guess. Hope the event organizers got a good deal for hosting costs. Hotel audiovisual equipment failed - NFP club had to buy a new projector and borrow portable sound system. I paid $45 for a banquet ticket, should have grabbed a burger...

“Room was ok, although the door sometimes wouldn’t open due to the frame being out of whack. The ice machine on our floor was in about 10 pieces on the floor in a pile. It said it had a pool but it has been closed so no swim for the kids. The caulking around the tub was black and needs to be replaced. Lots of parking, decent breakfast. Won’t be back.”

“The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never...
