“A localização é excelente aos pés do bondinho que leva ao monte, o hotel é agradável, adoraria passar dias, em um vilarejo, super lindinho. Mas o toque especial da estadia, foi com certeza o atendimento do Lucas, que fez de tudo para tornar nossa estada memorável. Patrick tbem nos deu toda atenção necessária. “I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“This by far was my favorite placed we stayed in Switzerland. Kandersteg is a gorgeous town and the hotel was so cute. We had the best view from our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Absolutely loved it!”

“The hotel (and restaurant) has been perfect for our sport trip in the week of Ironman Thun race. We have had the opportunity to put the bikes inside the rooms, to use the bike corner with every tools and pump and, finally, a free shuttle in the morning race, at 5am! About the restaurant, a great cousine with a cute service. ”
