Hotel a Seven Rivers

“Can't beat the price or the location. This is a charming, old fashioned "motor inn" just like we'd stay in back in the seventies. so it gets nostalgia points. Throw in a pool and the proximity to Carlsbad Caverns and you have a nice stay for the price. Definitely recommend.”

( Si trova a circa venti minuti dalle caverns ) La colazione nel caffè bar convenzionato è ottima.( e' uno dei migliori di Carlsbad) Consigliato! ”

“The outdoor pool being out of service was extremely disappointing. The “fitness room” was in poor shape, no water, towels, etc. Our sliding door to the balcony was busted and didn’t open. The staff was very friendly and helpful!”

“Nice place and very friendly staff. There were a few things that were in disrepair - our thermostat didn’t work. Floors were sticky in many areas. But aside from sticky floors, the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent- lots of good choices and hot food options. Aside from a few flaws, it was a good place for the price and I would come back there.”

“Smells like Asafetida. It reeked. There was dried snot on my shower curtain. Flies in room. ”

“Check in was one of the best... if not the best I've ever had. She was efficient and pleasant. Popcorn was fresh. Room was ok. Bed was good and comfortable. Room clean . TV channel options were very good. Ac vent had visible build up. Shower head tile was cut out. We were next to elevator and on the 3rd floor (4 floors) noise was fairly loud rm 320. Medium size Stain on carpet between beds. Pool key pad faulty. Pool/ hot tub was clean and good for swimming. Parking sufficient.”

“Booked this hotel for the use of the pool for our children on Fourth of July weekend so they had a fun time, unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of the summer. So we checked out early. I have yet to hear from the property manager to let us know if we can get a refund for the night NOT used. Don’t include the pool in your listings if we can’t use it.”

“It was a great place to stay. Very clean despite the construction. The breakfast area was immaculate, loved the variety of items on the breakfast bar. The attendant was very courteous and kept the area super clean. I could have stayed there all morning. It was a great choice in staying.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and so helpful! Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional and the amenities, like the outdoor grill were perfect. We wish all Home 2 Suites were just like this one!”

“Very worn property. The bathroom was not clean. There was very little light, the air conditioning worked fine, but was extremely loud. I was not happy that they turned off my cardkey 1 1/2 hours before checkout time, so I had 2 bags locked in the room.”
