Valet drained our vehicle battery twice because they left the headlights on the first time and the driver side door wasn't closed all the way and the radio was left on by them the second time. “The ice machine didn’t work on our floor, nor did they fix it or put up a sign after being told it didn’t work. They took my nightgown and I had to call them twice to look for it. They deactivated my parking pass in the middle of my stay. Not a good stay at all, disappointing!”

“This hotel is in a fantastic downtown Minneapolis location with excellent transit options, making it a quick trip over to the State Capitol building. The front desk team was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful, and highly professional. Unfortunately, the physical condition of the property did not match the great service.
