“Very clean, nicely decorated. Every thing you need, comfy. Parking is a bit tight. Great for 3 to 4 people.My husband and daughter loved the old fashioned arcade games. Not much outdoor space. Great location to Dollywood.”

The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. “Beautiful views overlooking the city from the hot tub. My sons 11 & 14 loved hanging out by the fire pit and in the game room. The hosts provided smores, which was a nice touch. House was warm enough and even got hot when it was freezing outside, especially with the electric fireplace on. The drive is a short distance to downtown Pigeon Forge, which was great. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower handle broke on the second day of our vacation, so 6 of us had to share the downstairs bathroom...
