Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.
The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.

Water supplies and comfortable amenities and I was given an extra hour after a very late night. The staff are incredibly accommodating as my dad left his car key and they notified us immediately to make arrangements. Love the area. Great place. Would 100% book here again! ”

“The hotel is very nice all the services are very good except the room cleaning, the cleaner DID NOT clean the bathroom: bath tub, shower room , bathroom sink, toilet, even the trash drop on the floor they didn’t even pick it up, they came folding the bed, takeout the trash, that’s about all, the cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Besides that every else is very good. A good 5 star hotel.”

“The beds and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the 2 bed 2 bathroom option as an affordable option for a quick overnight stay with our friends. Only suggestion: we would prefer some fresh milk rather than the long life capsules as we couldn’t find a place to buy fresh milk. But that is our only complaint!! Will be back again.”

Great breakfast options and great coffee.
My only disappointment was the restaurant wasnt fully open so the choices were limited and I was to tired after a long day working to venture out.
But overall its a great hotel to stay and I would stay again”

“It was very walkable and attached to all the major transportation types you could ask for. This allowed my wife and I a lot of freedom of movement for dining, exploration of the city and countryside, and basically to have a wonderful time. The wonderful breakfasts kicked off our day great!”
