The location is brilliant with all the amenities you require in a short distance with great eateries near by to ensure you can fully relax and leave the hum drum of normal life behind.”

“Everything we needed for our short break car parking a bonus we never used the car . Ferry and bus close by train station in Teignmouth,and places to eat nearby . The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay.”

“A really lovely place to escape the busyness of life. Quiet and no light pollution, we had amazing nights sleeps! Nicely kitted out property, we loved relaxing in the gorgeous lounge. Imagine it would be even nicer in summer! Hot tub was great though we could have done with a bit more information on how to use it more efficiently. A couple of towelling robes would have been a nice addition too! Overall a really great experience.”

“What a house! We were a family of 13 and stayed over Christmas. It was just fantastic. The house is spacious, perfectly positioned in the village and has everything you could possibly want for a large family. We noted the comments about noise but it’s just the nature of a house with wooden floors and wasn’t an issue for us. Steve was so helpful and had left some of the tastiest Rocky Road we’ve ever had!Parking is typical of a small seaside village but we all managed to find a space in the...

“Very convenient, neat, well furnished and very comfortable. All facilities were excellent, very comfortable bed, bathroom and shower very good and the sitting areas inside combined with the kitchen excellent. The facilities in the Kitchen were of top quality and the outside area, very cleverly constructed and a pleasure to sit in. Some complication as to if we had a parking place or not, ”
