“Latane was a very welcoming , friendly & helpful host. The IH is close to restaurants, 49th St beach access & neighborhood is quiet—great for walking, biking & running. For those not keen on those activities, Latane has a very nice golf cart for rent—perfect for exploring Oak Island. Would stay here again! Thank you! ”

“Great place over all. Very comfy and cozy. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Full size fridge and full stove. I believe there’s a trail and a pond and a little place to make a camp fire. They have a little play ground and a basketball court I think. They even had a grill on the porch. They provided coffee and they even had these cute little mints that made my day. “This was an awesome property; cute, cozy, and close to the beach. The owners were responsive and very easy to work with. Having the golf cart was a lot of fun and the owners were thoughtful enough to give specific directions on paths to stay compliant with the golf cart. This property had all the essentials you’d need-coffee makers, beach equipment, beach towels, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here! ”
