Set in a casual, laid-back neighborhood known for its fishermen, families, and love of the outdoors, The Beach Barn offers the perfect mix of coastal charm and country calm. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel right at home. This 3,299 sq ft single-family home offers plenty of room to spread out, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a separate downstairs living space that's ideal for family members who stay up late or want extra privacy. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, a family-friendly home base, or an adventure-filled vacation, The Beach Barn delivers comfort, space, and true coastal Carolina character.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, center island, generous cabinetry, and a full-size pantry.



A vaulted ceiling in the main living/dining area that brings in natural light and creates a spacious, airy feel.

Ground Level: 

Fully fenced yard, generous parking space for 8 vehicles (size dependent) with no restrictions on boats and trailers. Above-ground pool, deck with loungers, covered dining area, room for dogs to run. 

Ground floor entrance, garage workshop or extra storage area, bonus room.

Bonus Room: Pool Table, Air hockey tabletop game, Smart TV. Bonus Room has an attached bathroom with a spacious tub and shower. 

Guest Bedroom 1: Two Twin Beds with drawers for storage.

Level 2: 

Oceanview Sun Deck: outdoor seating with retractable awning for shade, with coastal views

Open Living-Dining-Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan and elevated dining area. The living room has comfortable seating for the entire family and a smart TV to stream all of your favorites

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Ensuite bathroom and shower. Closet with hangers and drawers built in. 

Guest Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with Ensuite bathroom and shower. Closet with hangers and drawers built in.

Primary Suite: Queen bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath 

Primary Ensuite Bath: Walk-in spacious shower with multiple shower heads 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival & Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Wi-Fi provided.

The property does not have an elevator.



Guest Access: *Electronic entry. You will be provided a code before check-in.



Prohibited on premises:

no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc...

NO Smoking inside, outside, or in common areas.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Pet Policy:  Dogs Only. Rent includes one Pet Fee. An additional dog may be added with an extra payment. Ocean Isle is pet-friendly, but you must follow guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The house was huge and beautiful, plenty of space. We loved having our own pool! It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs and they had plenty of room in the fenced yard. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and look out at the water, so relaxing! We had a great vacation here and nice to be close to the beach!
