“This is quiet and convenient with Dan only thing Tai is the packing as well as the when you have a ride drop off and you have to push the luggage all the way to the back that the time size other than that the kitchen is good. The bathroom is good dysfunctional yeah you got a unique style but the one the room I wear is still on the beach on the ground floor to shower. The sewer line is kind of slow a little bit but other than that everything is fine”

“the original room that was booked was supposed to be 5 beds, however, they only provide us with four beds instead because apparently the five beds property was under construction. I thought that this was poorly handled because they only gave us a 10% discount when it should’ve been a 20% or higher discount, and i kept letting the host know that we booked a 5 bed accomodation, so it didn’t make sense that we only get a 4 bed accomodation. overall the property was really nice, but this hiccup...

"L'esperienza al Conrad è stata molto buona. Il personale è gentile anche se parla poco inglese e ci sono state delle difficoltà di comprensione nel momento del check-in e check-out. I servizi ottimi: piscina e palestra. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e varia, per questo adatta a tutti. La cena anche è a buffet e buona. Per un dopocena il rooftop offre una panoramica sulla città al 66esimo piano con cocktail fatti molto bene."

"When it comes to location, this hotel is simply unbeatable. Staying right in the heart of Shanghai, with everything within reach, made it one of the best choices I could have made for this trip. Breakfast is generous and varied, particularly if you enjoy Asian cuisine or warm cooked meals in the morning. For those with more Western tastes, the options feel somewhat limited and, after a few days, quite repetitive. The room – and this is where things fall short. I stayed in a suite, which naturally raises the expectation of extra care and attention. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Over 3 nights, the room was not cleaned once. Not a single time. I had eaten at the desk, tidied up as much as I could, but a simple wipe-down of the surface was clearly needed. A piece of fruit core left on the table on day one remained there until checkout – a small detail, perhaps, but a telling one. I flagged the issue directly at the front desk, yet nothing changed. To be fair, the housekeeper assigned to the floor was genuinely friendly and kind – this may well be a hotel policy rather than a personal failing. Bottom line: Despite everything, I would not rule out returning. The location is simply too good to dismiss. However, if cleanliness and attention to detail matter to you – and they should, especially in a suite – make sure to address expectations clearly at check-in. These are my honest observations. Yours to judge."

"Ottima struttura con personale attento, educato e disponibile. Ottima anche la M-Club veramente interessante. La posizione di questa struttura è ottima. Attaccata alla People Square consente di girare Shanghai senza problemi a piedi o in metropolitana. Consiglio a tutti."
