“This hotel is at the end of Key West centered on a marina. The hotel is located in the flight path of the airport which can be quite noisy. There were a number of different pools and many families were staying there during our time. The hotel is a distance from the attractions and involved a 20 minute cab ride each way to get into historic Key West. There is one restaurant on property. We were upgraded to a water view suite - which was lovely. ”

“To start, the staff was amazing; super kind and accommodating. The property itself is right off Duvall, which makes the main strip steps away yet, you don’t have to hear it when trying to get some rest. Best property I’ve stayed at thus far in Key West and we will define returning. ”

“Terrible experience. Going to bed I notice that the sheets are torn. The next morning I inform the reception, showing the photos and asking that they be changed during the cleaning of the room. They tell me it will be done, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. In the evening, when we return to the hotel, we discover that the room has not been cleaned, the beds have not been made and that the cleaning lady has simply left a bag with clean sheets (one of which was dirty) on one of the...

“Excellent location that is walking distance to everything. Amazingly quiet inn with two beautiful pools. Breakfast is very nice. All staff members were helpful and very friendly. We will happily stay at Ambrosia Key West again. ”
