“We were in Denver to pick up a service dog and booked this lovely home. The house is beautiful and very clean. A couple of hiccups- first weekend the house ran out of propane so we had no heat or hot water for the weekend. Owner was extremely apologetic, came right over with space heaters. Propane was refilled 2 days later and she promptly refunded those days. The 2nd week there was a wind storm which knocked out power (who knew in Colorado water is controlled by electricity!) it was freezing...
