“Friendly staff, property and room were clean!”

“The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you.”

“I booked my trip through Expedia, but when I arrived at the property, there was an issue confirming that my reservation had already been paid. During this interaction, the front desk clerk was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation even worse. I contacted Expedia, and they confirmed that my reservation and payment had already been processed. Despite this, my card was still charged by the property. Although the mistake...

“The stay was OK, I was there for six days, housekeeping didvnot check to see if I need anything and when I ask to get the floor swept, I was told I would have to set that up the day before”

“The room was clean as expected because I have stayed there before but this time it was different. I killed 2 roaches in my room.”

“Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night”

“Best to avoid if travelling with family. As a room with a bed, it's fine. Only decaf coffee pods in room. The bed frame squeaked and rattled with any movement; I am not a big guy. Breakfast looked like it was from the covid era. There was a waffle iron and a pot of coffee. No fruit, yogurt, or anything else. The staff was nice.”

“Loved the inn as always Room was very nice and extremely clean.bed was a king size that slept Amazing. Breakfast was delicious with Wonderful hospitality by the owner .had musician on Friday night that was wonderful to listen to..restaurants are in walking distance to town square. We will definitely be back”

“I went to Raleigh for a family event and stayed at Tru. The hotel was beautiful. Continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing! I'll definitely stay again”

“I was not informed that the property was being renovated when I booked. The water was turned off from 1 to 5 daily. The parking lot was full of storage containers for the renovation leaving little room for the guests to park. Had I known about the renovation I would not have booked. I firmly believe I should receive a discount for my stay ;”
