“The room was lovely (room 5) with a very comfy bed, decent enough facilities, but no complimentary biscuits, which is unusual, but understandable in these times. The staff are very friendly and helpful, rushed off their feet as most places, but knew what they were doing. Food was lovely and varied, breakast and dinner”

“Excellent service as soon as I arrived at The Barrel Inn. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and extremely helpful. From check in, breakfast, bar staff and waiting on. Food was wonderful. Apart from the above what most impressed was when I was out for a walk, Oliver contacted me to see if myself and my husband needed a reservation for that evening.
