“I love Hotel SLO and have stayed there several times. It’s a beautiful property, in the middle of downtown, with ridiculously comfortable beds and an excellent staff. Unfortunately, the last couple times I’ve stayed there have been some maintenance issues in the rooms that have not been addressed. The door to our bathroom was very difficult to slide and all in all everything in the bathroom was loose, tired, and needed attention. “This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and it's the 3rd time that the cleaning staff that cleans your room is literally non existent. I spent $1800 on two days and they can't even clean the room. The pool also has a rough surface on the bottom, so my daughter and granddaughter had scratches all over their feet. I had a $100 bag of decorations for my granddaughters birthday and the cleaning staff threw them away. So it was a pretty bad experience. Unfortunately I can't stay here again, and it...

“The hotel provides great breakfast which is satified and healthy. I skiped it on the first day but immidaitely regret when I tried it on the 2nd day. Be aware the noisy at night, the hotel is near a bank parking lot which could be noisy at night. That's the only downside for me to stay here.”
