Hotel vicino a Shemer Art Center - Phoenix

“great place”

“The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

“albergo fantastico, esperienza da sogno. del viaggio che ho fatto questa volta negli USA è stato il più bello”

“Very clean every day. My room was by the pool and the music wasn't too loud.”

“Charming!”

“The staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is perfect in all its aspects, the rooftop is definitely worth a visit, the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Will go back for sure!”

“Good ! ”

“Struttura pulita e a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Staff gentile e accogliente. Camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. Super consigliata.”

“I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

“Ottimo, pulito, comodo e in posizione tranquilla. Consigliato!”

“Camera pulita. Il personale ha rispettato le nostre richieste e ci ha fatto trovare in camera un pensiero (avevamo comunicato fosse il nostro viaggio di nozze) molto apprezzato (Grazie).”

“would not have breakfast there, housekeeping in rooms fair”

“Immaculate, most courteous staff, room comfy and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Lots of happy families, enjoying the inclusive breakfast.”
