“Quiet, beautiful, secluded, great pool”

“This is a great resort! It has what you need in a compact footprint. The free filtered drinking water is icing on the cake. Bring your insulated drinking cup. I will visit Mountain Shadows again soon.”

“I liked it stay, room was gorgeous. Views impeccable; staff amazing. Yep things kept me from giving them a 5. 1) aerial yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t know until we showed up. She said there was “no way to contact me” but I gave them my phone number when I signed up and they didn’t even check to see if I was a guest? 2) vegan food options were non existent so we door dashed a couple times. Would have preferred to be able to eat thheor food, at the bar/restaurant.”

“Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. There is also a half bathroom off the living room. Good communication prior to our arrival. However, when we arrived, we noticed that the shower head in the master bath was not working. Took 4 days and help from Expedia. The property manager required multiple videos and texts to show that it was broken. It was only when...

“It was all the things a hotel should be but I will point out one that that I had never seen before: All the light switches were labeled so you would know what they did and one can turn off all the lights from the bed with one switch. Simple thing, but appreciated.”

“The staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is perfect in all its aspects, the rooftop is definitely worth a visit, the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Will go back for sure!”

“Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.”

“Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior.”
