Hotel vicino a Arizona Canal - Phoenix

“The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

“Tutto magnificamente perfetto, ottimo. scoperto per puro caso soddisfattissimi”

“The JW Marriott was clean and nice but I don't love the decor - a bit outdated. Otherwise the stay was good - just my personal opinion.”

“The staff wasn't very helpful. I asked a manager to call me about a payment issue, but I never heard back. When I asked the man at the front desk to explain some of the charges, he made me feel like I was annoying him. The breakfast, pool, and spa were amazing, and the staff there was outstanding. Only the check-in and check-out staff were unwelcoming.”

“great place”

“Everything was great !!! M”

“Very clean every day. My room was by the pool and the music wasn't too loud.”

“Good ! ”

“Charming!”

“I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

“Ottimo, pulito, comodo e in posizione tranquilla. Consigliato!”

“Camera pulita. Il personale ha rispettato le nostre richieste e ci ha fatto trovare in camera un pensiero (avevamo comunicato fosse il nostro viaggio di nozze) molto apprezzato (Grazie).”

“would not have breakfast there, housekeeping in rooms fair”
