“The girl at the desk when I checked in was great but the guy when I checked out acted like I was bothering him. The room wasn’t very clean to the point where I had my shoes on the whole time. I used wipes to clean the bathroom down before I used it and I needed a lot and they were very gross when I put them in the trash. Towels smelled like they used way too much bleach to clean them.”

“Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole nonostante il fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola che sembravano usate. La persona al desk e' stata responsive e gentile. L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

“Horrible experience, property is disgusting. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and drugs. They don’t clean the rooms. There was diarrhea on the floor sheets had stains on them. I got a headache and sick to my stomachjust from being there.. not only did they refuse to give me a refund they tried to hit my account for a second time. This place is a hustle. If you want to experience hell This is the spot.”

“We will not go here again. Room was dirty. My grandkids feet were dirty from walking around barefoot. Housekeeping didnt do a good job. The coffee tray wasnt cleaned up from last guest. Microwave had food splattered in it. We were on the first floor and the window lock was broken. I put a stick in the window ledge to prevent it from being opened. It didnt have any bugs so that is good.”

“Facilities were fair; room fairly clean; staff courteous and friendly; room somewhat well worn; parking easy. Continental breakfast not so good, not too clean dining facilities. A decent no frills place at competitive price.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were wonderful. Afternoon snacks and breakfast were delicious. Was traveling alone and would highly recommend. Hope to return.”
