Hotel vicino a Sherman Oaks Castle Park - Los Angeles

“The staff was professional and welcoming, and the accommodations were clean and well-maintained. However, I was not informed of a $20 parking fee prior to the charge appearing on my credit card. Upon noticing this discrepancy, I spoke with a staff member named Thomas, who noted that the fee had not been communicated during check-in or check-out. He promptly investigated the matter and ensured that the $20 was credited back to my account. Overall, I would recommend the Hampton Inn-Sherman Oaks...

“The rooms were clean and the location is convention to the 405, the mall and many restaurants. There was plenty of parking. However, the beds and air conditioning units are dated. The beds are older, spring mattresses where they appear more comfortable in the listing. The air conditioning units are also dated. My keys were demagnetized frequently, so I had to make the trek to the office to get them reprogrammed. An annoyance, but not the end of the world.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn at UCLA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and expansive with fresh sliced fruit, breads, lox, thin sliced ham, yogurt, juice, coffee and hot tea. There is on-site laundry, which was handy. Parking is very close, but pricey. There is no exercise room, but I enjoyed walking the campus each morning. One chair in my room is in desperate need of being recovered, but everything else was very clean. The rooms are small,...

“No colazione ”

“Staff was amazing so nice! The bed was so comfortable & best part it’s only 7 min drive to universal studios!”

“Buona posizione. Colazione nella hall, da rivedere.”

“Camera spaziosa e pulita , personale molto gentile e disponibile ”

“Great room but heating system bit loud”

“impeccabile”
