“I like that there was a mini-fridge and an exercise room. On the other hand, my room was deficient. Neither phone worked and 2 of the 3 bureau drawers were off their tracks. I brought his up to the front desk but they did nothing about it.”

“It was a little awkward as I am disabled and the person at check in asked if I “really needed an accessible room.” I had a spinal cord injury and can’t really walk. The room was not ready even though we checked in over an hour over check in time.”

“The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The general manager is awesome and very nice. My room was clean, and maid service was good. However, the onsite food options are minimal. I got in around 1am, and there was no room service or other food options besides minimal vending machine options. Even during the day the food options are not stellar, and mainly are breakfast options. The on-site little store that was near the lobby had a lot of empty shelf space, very limited food and drink...
