“I just stayed at the Ambassador Chicago the weekend before, so I went in expecting the same 4 star amenities/level of care. The employee behind the desk at check in was lovely. We went up to our room, which was very large, but not modern like the Chicago version. That night we walked home from our concert (1.6 miles from the stadium) and I was thirsty. L'hotel è pulito e con una bella hall,non avevamo la colazione, il parcheggio è a pagamento come d'altronde gli hotel delle grandi città,si trovano facilmente vicino, ad agosto tanti parcheggi liberi, ma attenzione a valutare la durata e quindi il costo, c'è poca differenza con quello dell'hotel!”

“Rooms are definitely have not been sound proofed like mentioned in the description. Had trouble hearing our neighbors talking until 3am rwo nights in a row. Contacted staff and no real help in solving the issue. Photos are also little misleading, room only includes your standard bed and bathroom. Otherwise clean and resonably updated.”

“There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...
