“Always a beautiful hotel to enjoy when in Regina. The check-in went well. The help with luggage wasn’t readily available though. Back entrance for accessibility wasn’t the cleanest and the lift wasn’t working without loud noises which felt unsafe. I loved the front entrance butlers they used to have! Our suite could use some attention. The bathroom was extremely small, paint peeling and the walls were grimy. The kitchen suite didn’t have any plates, or utensils, nor wine glasses or openers. “This is one of the better stays we’ve had on our cross Canada road trip. Extremely friendly staff, room was clean, beds were comfy and it’s in a really good area in town. I also recommend trying the food at outlaw bbq down the street. The food was fantastic! This area is newly being built and seems to be developing well! Would recommend to anyone staying here.”

“Staff was very friendly but hotel was disappointing otherwise. We knew in advance the pool was out of commission. The rooms were ok but the shower support was broken so impossible to use it without soaking the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty basic but the kitchen area was very tightly packed so hard to move around with other people there.”

“As a single woman that travels alone. I didn’t feel safe. Why you don't have locks that work is beyond me. This should be looked at and fixed!! All rooms whether male or female, we should be able to look our room door when alone, so we can feel safe. I slept on top of blankets as the sheets had curly black hairs on them…”
