  • The Location - Questo moderno appartamento si trova nell'apertura di "The Shoal" a dicembre 2016. Situato a una strada dalla famosa Shoal Bay Beach e da numerosi caffè, ristoranti e boutique. La spiaggia di Shoal Bay è una spiaggia incontaminata ideale per nuotare e puoi noleggiare kayak e paddle board durante le vacanze scolastiche in alta stagione ea Pasqua. Ci sono molte piste ciclabili che portano a Nelson Bay (a 3 km di distanza) e a Fingal Bay (a 4 km di distanza). Il noleggio di biciclette è disponibile a Shoal Bay. Ci sono anche una selezione di bellissimi sentieri nel Tomaree National Park e sulla cima del Tomeree Mountain che offre una vista spettacolare su Port Stephens. e la baia

    L'appartamento - Un appartamento vibrante e desiderabile con due camere da letto e aria condizionata, che offre un soggiorno a pianta aperta con sala da pranzo, area salotto (che è un divano letto a molle interno) e cucina completamente attrezzata. Tutte le camere sono arredate secondo standard eccellenti, assi del pavimento di buon gusto e downlights. L'appartamento offre una grande TV a schermo piatto, la connessione WiFi gratuita e Netflix. L'ampio balcone scorre dall'area lounge dove è possibile rilassarsi con un bicchiere di birra o vino dopo la giornata trascorsa a visitare la città o la spiaggia e godersi le viste sul Parco Nazionale. C'è un'incantevole sala da pranzo all'aperto e un barbecue a gas, è anche possibile accedere al balcone da una delle camere da letto. Entrambe le camere dispongono di letti queen size e accappatoi e uno che offre un bagno privato. C'è anche un altro bagno entrambi con docce di buone dimensioni. La lavanderia interna ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice e ferro da stiro.

    Gli appartamenti Shoal dispongono di ascensore e parcheggio custodito per un veicolo.

    Ci sono sicuramente allarmi antincendio in questa proprietà.

Needed to make up beds, not enough towels to cover what be booked for. Dishes were dirty when already packed away, outdoor area dirty look like it wasn’t cleaned for weeks. Inside apartment wasn’t vacuum before we arrived. For the money we paid wasn’t good enough.

Dirty upon arrival

Whilst this apartment was a great location and good size, it was very unclean upon arrival. There was sand on the beds, all over the floor, and the floor was sticky and oily which was not ideal with a 1 year old crawling around. I tried to vacuum and mop the floors, but the vacuum was blocked and the mop was filthy. The coffee table and other furniture had not been wiped down and had coffee stains and dust all over them. There were incorrect sheet sizes left for the bed and the bed was very uncomfortable. Disappointing when you are paying a decent amount of money for accommodation. Definitely would not recommend.

Shoal Bay get away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had great time at Shoal Bay. The apartment was conveniently located close to the beac, resturants and the bike hire shop.

Perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental had everything we needed from full kitchen to a vacuum cleaner. The afternoon bbqs were a saviour also. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Great location

Stayed at this property for a week with our young family. Apartment has all the desired amenities including BBQ, Wifi, Netflix, dryer. We had family in a couple of the other apartments in the building that did not have these things. Location is great; across the road from the Shoal Bay village and easy walking access to beach. One of only two negatives is the intermittent vibration noise the air-con makes whenever it is on. This also happens in the other apartments with reverse cycle so it must be a building-wide issue. If you love the air-con being on alot or overnight, choose an apt with ducted; my parents had a top floor apartment with ducted air con. The other negative is that the managing agent charges extra if you want the beds made up. I think this is a minimum standard when you are dropping a couple of grand for a week's accommodation. They should review this to remain competitive.

Location

Great location, close to all amenities. Very clean and tidy. Only downfall was noise emanating from air conditioner. We contacted agent and informed them of the issue however agent failed to rectify or provide any feedback.
