Hotel a Pinedale

“There is no staff on site but the person who handles check in via phone was very attentive and communicative. The room was as described. New towels are needed, but other than that, everything was great.”

“This Motel needs work. Bathroom not ok. When you arrive at the motel the building on the left side is nearly break down. The price for the motel is too high. We arrived one hour to early, and they want 25$ or we must wate an hour. That’s a very bad service.”

“We needed to switch room upon arrival, they were very understanding and took care of our needs right away. I wish the futon was softer.”

“Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy.”

“We did not realize that there is no staff on the premises. Could not open windows to have fresh air in the room and air conditioner is 3 feet from the bed and made a rattle noise which made it difficult to sleep.”

“This room fulfilled our needs for the weekend spent in Pinetop. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Front desk representative was never at their desk. In the morning for breakfast, representative was in the back room. I needed help. I heard noise in the back room, that was for employees, knocked and she came out to help us. Room was fine, but the bathroom shower spout was entirely covered with rust. I did not take a shower the entire time was in there because of this.”

“The guy at the front desk was rude. We booked an accessible room and put that we had pets when we booked. He refused to let us have tje room we booked . He said there were only a couple of rooms where they let pets in. It should say that when we booked the room. The room was filthy and smelled! The door was hard to open. The so called " breakfast" was horrible! There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When we asked for sheets he was very rude! I will NEVER stay there again!”

“The stay was great! The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The AC was great for a Canadian down in Arizona like me, and plenty of amenities were stocked! My only concerns/annoyances were that the sink pipe looked broken and the TV kept resetting on us. If I come down again, I will definitely book here again.”

“Great place to stay. The two night minimum was not beneficial for us, however we needed a room in a pinch. The rooms are nice.”
