“When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you ”

“We stayed in the Family Deluxe Room as a group of 3 people, and it was spacious and comfortable. Customer service was amazing as my dietary needs were met at breakfast and other meals through customization. The only areas of improvement are that (1) the WiFi was very slow in the family deluxe room (2) the water didn’t drain quickly in the bathroom; it stayed wet for a long time.”
