“We stayed in the Family Deluxe Room as a group of 3 people, and it was spacious and comfortable. Customer service was amazing as my dietary needs were met at breakfast and other meals through customization. The only areas of improvement are that (1) the WiFi was very slow in the family deluxe room (2) the water didn’t drain quickly in the bathroom; it stayed wet for a long time.”

“Great service and a clean, comfortable room. Excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and informative. ”

The room was not properly clean, with dirt and stains on the walls at several places. There were also spider webs in many corners of the room, which was quite disappointing. The room lighting was very low, and the staff response was slow. Considering the room quality, cleanliness, and service, I don’t feel the property is worth the price being charged. The only highlight was...
